The applicant agrees to the terms, conditions, and rules for registration of the running event as follows:
- The organizer, Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, is the official organizer of the event titled A5 RUN WITH LOVE 2026.
- The collection of personal data is for the purpose of identity verification for the running event and for processing such data to facilitate and successfully conduct the event in accordance with its objectives.
- The collection of your data is necessary for participation in the event. Without such data, it would not be possible to determine your rights and obligations in relation to the organizer, which may prevent the organizer from fulfilling the objectives of the event.
- Your personal data may be disclosed to the event organizer, relevant government authorities with supervisory power, or pursuant to a court order.
- Photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, articles, and race statistics are the intellectual property of the organizer and may be published through various media channels such as newspapers, the internet, television, magazines, etc. Participants may use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of themselves without prior permission. However, the organizer does not permit the use of event photographs or video recordings for commercial purposes.
- You may request access to and obtain a copy of your personal data, subject to applicable fees. You also have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), provided that such rights do not conflict with your rights and obligations under the terms and conditions of participation in the event and do not conflict with the rights and obligations under agreements with Asset Five Group Public Company Limited.
